BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

One night deposit is charged upon booking, with the balance charged 8 weeks before travel to the card supplied at time of booking.


Please note: that there is no refund/transfer for bookings cancelled 8 weeks or less before travel* (see travel insurance recommendation below).


Qantas flies daily from Sydney but seats are limited, if you are unable to secure flights and are within 8 weeks of travel we are unable to issue a refund.


We recommend booking your flights at the same time as your accommodation.


*TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION:

We strongly recommend that all guests have travel insurance for their holiday on Lord Howe Island. Flights can be cancelled/delayed due to inclement weather and other airline related issues ( schedule changes, mechanical issues etc).If you are unable to travel for any reason ( including medical/COVID) you will need to claim on your travel insurance.

Room allocation at the time of booking is not guaranteed, please email specific room requests to reservations@somersetlordhowe.com.au. We will endeavor to fulfill room requests but please note this is not always possible.
